DIRECTIONS
Adults take 1 capsule twice daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

WARNINGS
Children, pregnant or breastfeeding women, and those who have recently had a heart attack, surgery or a major accident should not consume this product without medical advice. This medicine contains Selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of Selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken.
