This is for unopened and unused products. NOTE Postage is at buyers expense
We will refund the amount once we have received the item and notify you once refund has been made.
Any items that are deemed damaged or faulty will be replaced only as per manufacture warranty

If you can not produce this it will void any warranty
To be eligible for a refund within 7 days, your item must be returned unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging undamaged.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Item must be unopened in original packaging. The item must be in a merchantable condition.
Once your purchase is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the outcome and advise the next step
Once approved then your refund will be processed.
A credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days after decision made.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the specified days please contact your financial institution prior to contacting us.

Please NOTE you will be responsible for shipping costs for any returning item or items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only refund the cost of the item only.

Due to COVID, Couriers and Australia Post we have no control once it leaves our premises so please be kind.
We strongly advice for any item being returned to us over $75 using parcel tracking or insurance as no refund or credit will be given for no proof of item being sent.
We do not ship Internationally.
All our Electrical' are genuine and come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Every product has a different warranty period so please ensure your personally record your purchase date and keep receipt

Incorrect Shipping Details
If incorrect details are supplied and the items are returned the cost to reship the item must be covered by the purchaser.
Failure To Collect
If you fail to collect your item from a specified parcel locker or post office, the purchaser must pay for the reshipment of the item. If the purchaser chooses to refund the item, the full price minus shipping costs.
